Self-care has been trending for a minute — while I am all for pampering yourself + enjoying the finer things in life, it’s important to know that self-care is a journey (and it’s not usually an easy one). At the heart of it, self-care is about prioritizing yourself. one bubble bath or trip to a spa isn’t gonna do that for you. You know what will? Healing, mindset shifts, boundaries + doing the inner work. ⁣Self-care isn’t always bubble baths and rosé, there’s a whole lot of work that needs to happen to clear the path before you can enjoy that bath.

1. Shrinking yourself to fit in places you’ve outgrown. ⁣
