SHADI STRAND

Shadi’s name quite literally means “joy” in Farsi and that’s exactly what she is — a magnetic force of joy who wears her heart on her sleeve and gives the joy that’s in her so generously to those she comes in contact with. Shadi is truly the embodiment of everything the Girl & The and Virtual BFF community stands for — she cheers on others without hesitation, is an open book and unashamedly chases happiness. She lives in the Bay Area with her 3 boys and husband (who will all agree she’s not just a super mom, but the super glue that keeps them together). Shadi knows Mandy better than anyone else and pairs that with her background in Marketing and Advertising to ensure this community thrives and stays on-brand.

ANSLEY EUDY

Never passing up an opportunity for a laugh or a big hug, you can find Ansley, complete with her Atlanta accent and ray-of-sunshine-personality in Brooklyn. 

Born and raised in Georgia, Ansley spent most of her early twenties living on the beautiful Florida panhandle and spent a little over a year in Charlotte, NC before finally planting her roots and her heart in Brooklyn.  When she’s not behind-the-scenes for Girl and The, she’s very likely to be holding a baby somewhere, organizing a closet, or jogging in Prospect Park listening to her favorite trap music or psychology podcast.

Ansley brings attention detail, incredible penmanship, an obsession with streamlining processes and order to everything she touches, as well as a love for self-help and mental health. She’s a proponent of therapy and will encourage everyone she knows to never be afraid to ask for help or invest in their own wellness journey. Needless to say, she is an integral part of the team.

KELSEY LEMONS

Kelsey, preferably known as Sey, lives by her self-made mantra that “life is much less about what you want to be and much more about who.” 

Kelsey is a Southern girl, with a city girl spirit, who has centered her life around hope, culture, and woman power.  She loves surprising people with the fact that she's a Scorpio and prides herself on enjoying taboo conversations. She will talk you up without batting an eyelash, and also shut down any negative self-talk just as quick.

She’s a self professed boba lover, who can often be found eating hot fries with chopsticks while continually refuting her friend’s imposing enneagram assignments, and is patiently waiting for Trevor Noah to propose. STEPHANIE DELACY

Stephanie DeLacy is a blogger and textbook gemini, either reading under a tree or furiously typing with a million tabs open. She is most well known for coming out in favor of the coconut flavor of La Croix. Her writing focuses on dating and relationships, travel, mental health, and stuff she bought on Amazon. Based in Denver, Stephanie lives with her dog, Daphne and cat, Pizza baby, and can be frequently spotted in the drive-thrus of fast food chains. You can follow her at @ladytallhair.

SANNA NOUR

Meet Sanna, our Scorpio star & enneagram 4 who specializes in events and influencers at OpenTable. When she's not working, you'll find her knee-deep in all things creative or aimlessly scrolling through TikTok. She’s got a love for keeping her finger on the pulse of pop culture & trends. I guess you could say she’s chronically online. Sanna's got a travel bug that she shares with her boyfriend, Kyle, through their Instagram adventures @goldenbucketlist. Whether she's in the weeds of creative briefs or road-tripping to National Parks, Sanna's spirit is ever-curious, always learning, and perpetually on the hunt for inspiration.

LAUREN LISTOR

Lauren Listor is the founder of Laurel Creative Agency, a social agency that works with leading brands to establish their visual presence online. Lauren has partnered with Mandy since the inception of the site—her creativity is infused across all of our digital content. With 10+ years in the photography world, Lauren has since become the go-to influencer photographer in NYC and has worked with brands like Under Armour, Sephora, Barstool Sports, and Neutrogena. Lauren has a team of associate photographers and also has branched off to have own her photo & social agency, Laurel Creative Agency.

NICOLE GOLDFARB

Nicole Goldfarb is a color enthusiast illustrator and graphic designer who specializes in social media content creation and digital illustrations for millennial-focused brands. She believes in doing happy dances, laughing till your abs hurt, and playing on the beach until the sun goes down. Color is her co-pilot and she is in pursuit to paint the world a pinker place! Nicole also runs an ecommerce business selling cheerful art prints, stickers, and small goods that encourage people to have fun, make waves, and embrace the carefree, happy summer vibes year-round. All products in her shop are designed and hand-drawn by Nicole, but sometimes she enlists help from the best to create special collections, like the Work From Home 5x7 Prints she created in collaboration with Mandy!
